:: Preserve ::

  Sun and leather
    Minimize as much as possible the leather's exposure to the direct sun. The direct sun's ultraviolet rays and heat do tremendous damage to leather – repeated exposure dries and shrinks it, eventually making it hard and brittle.

  Forever leather

  As with leather preservation, your leather interior will last longest if a cleaning program is initiated early and done often. Blot up spills immediately and do not let dirt sit on the leather.

  Clean inside
    First vacuum the leather to remove grit and other debris. Then wipe it off lightly with a damp cotton or woolen cloth.

  Read the manual
    For stubborn dirt or stains, a good place to start is your owner's manual for the manufacturer's advice on cleaning your leather seats.

  Stay soft
  To keep the leather soft and supple the oils and moisture must be periodically put back into it.
