   Preheat first
     Make sure to preheat the oven. If you put your baked goods in a cold one, the cooking time will be incorrect, and the unreliable temperature will make your cake drier and can change its form.

   Using butter

 

   If your greasing pans with butter, use the unsalted one so baked goods don’t stick.

   Before freezing them
     Make sure to cool baked desserts before freezing them. It will prevent them from getting soggy.

   Let it chill
     Let the cake chill for about 3 minutes before taking it out, and placing it on to a cooling rack.

   For easier frosting
   Place cake onto a cake platter before putting it in the refrigerator (about an hour), for easier frosting.
