   How to make a low fat roast
     Partially fill the baking dish with water.

   Cut back the fat in desserts!

 

   Try using fruit sauces or purees, low fat cream, plain yogurt, or mix reduced fat ricotta and skim milk.

   Make a low-fat gravy!
     Thicken with flour and make sure to cook thoroughly. As long as you cook it long enough, you won’t notice that the fat is missing and you won’t taste the flour.
