     Keep cheese in aluminum foil and place it in the vegetable bin. This allows cheese to breathe yet keeps moisture out.

   Keep cheese in the refrigerator, wrapped tightly in plastic. Air grows mold on cheese. If mold appears on the surface, simply cut it off.
