   Never freeze the champagne
    Don’t keep champagne in the freezer. You risk damaging the wine.

   Check champagne temperature before serving

 

   Make sure the wine is cool before opening it. Champagne that’s too warm can result in a lot of foaming and risks making the cork fly out.
