:: Ice Wine ::

   The best temperature
     Ice wine shows best when it is chilled but not cold. The ideal temperature is 10-12°C.

   Open bottle

 

   Due to the high sugar content, an open bottle of Ice wine will last 3-5 days after opening if re-corked and stored in the fridge.

   Drink young
     Ice wines made with the Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes should be drunk young.

   Dry white wines
     Dry white wines such as Chardonnay are best served with delicate poultry and seafood dishes.

   Right temperature for white wines
   Don’t serve white wine too cold, because it loses its flavor.
