:: Return precaution ::

SAVE THE PACKAGING IN CASE OF RETURNS

At least for the first days, hold on to the original packaging the CD player came with. It will be very handy if something goes wrong with the new CD player's performance and it must be returned to an online dealer, for example.

DISCONNECT THE PLAYER WHEN NOT IN USE

If the CD player is not going to be used for a long period of time, unplug the player accordingly and remove the batteries from the CD players remote control to avoid corrosion in the battery compartment.

INSTALLING THE CD PLAYER HORIZONTALLY

Make sure that the surface where the CD player will be installed is completely flat and that there is proper ventilation; if the CD player is installed in a slanted position, malfunction may occur.

    ::Basic maintenance  ::

SIMPLE CLEANING NEEDED

To clean the cabinet and controls use a soft rag, a little moistened with a mild detergent solution; do not scrub with pads and do not use cleaning solvents.

UNLOAD BEFORE MOVING A CD PLAYER

Before moving the CD player anywhere, open the CD tray and remove all CDs; during the moving process, CDs may slide and cause the CD tray to jam, making it unable to open and possibly damaging the CDs inside.
