:: Cleaning tips ::

   Baking soda keeps refrigerators cleaner
    To avoid strong food odors in refrigerators, put a cup of plain baking soda one in the freezer, one in the fridge; the baking soda absorbs odors.

   Do not put a self defrosting refrigerators in very cold areas

 

  Avoid storing self defrosting refrigerators in a garage or a room where the temperature gets below 50 degrees Fahrenheit; the oil may become thick, thus causing early compressor malfunction.

   Do not over stack a refrigerator if it is not needed
    Refrigerators that are not too full operate better, but it does not matter how much stuff it is put in a refrigerator, but do not block the air vents, or the air will not circulate well, leaving some things in a warmer condition.
    :: Set the right temperature ::

   Set the refrigerator for proper temperature
    To set the temperature right for a refrigerator set it between 36 or 42 degrees Fahrenheit, and the freezer should be between 0 and 8 degrees.

   The doors on the refrigerator may be switched
  Some refrigerators allow having the doors switched. This may be helpful if the doors do not open completely because of a wall or just for commodity. Consult the manual for more information.
