Printing in draft quality saves a lots of ink
A lot of ink can be saved by printing in low quality; this feature is usually called ‘Draft Printing’; the printing will look like faded, but if this printed job is not required to be of top quality, this is certainly the best way to save ink.

Portable printers are very lightweight nowadays

When doing business on the road, portable printers help with solutions to problems that may arise; if a customer wants printed literature or a change in the contract you are willing to make, you don’t have to go back to the office to print the documents.

   Handle printing paper carefully
For the finest printing results, handle the sheets of paper only from the edges; and do not touch the side that is going to be printed.

  Avoid overfeeding the paper feeder
If the paper stick together as it goes into the printer, make sure that you are using the right type of paper; as well, make sure that the paper feeder is not overloaded with paper; take some sheets out of the feeder and try again.

  To get better prints
When the printed pages have a large printed image, remove each sheet as it comes out of the printer and allow a couple minutes for the ink to dry before stacking the new printed sheets.
