   Electronic commerce
     Business activity that takes place online; it is also called e-commerce.

   E-mail

 

   Electronic messages exchanged over a communications network. The messages may contain files as attachments which may be text, audio, video or other type and can be exchanged usually between computers, PDAs or internet-ready telephones. The network can be either a local area network (LAN) or an internet network.

   Enclosure
     The empty container of air surrounding the rear part of a speaker’s driver.

Encryption
    The technique for disguising a message or file so as to make it non-understandable by people not authorized to read the message’s contents.
