Offline.
An offline node; a computer or
similar device not connected to the Internet or a network.
Ohm.
A form of measuring in a
component the resistance or impedance of electrical flow. A component
that has a larger rating resists more.
On-screen display.
A feature in some A/V receivers which allows viewing Home Theater
systems controls and menus on a TV screen. Also, a helpful feature
for elderly or handicapped viewers.
Optical Digital Cable.
A fiber optic wire used for
transferring digital sound as light pulses.
