before trying an
exercise regimen, especially if you’re overweight, have
high blood pressure or have history of heart disease. The same goes if
you haven’t been moving for a while.
Dress right
Wear the proper training
sneakers and warm clothes so the heat stays in your body, and it doesn’t
loose energy trying to keep you warm.
Stick to basic movements at
first
There are many movements that
target a specific
muscle group, but beginners should start with the
basics to develop a strong foundation.

four days
When you’re starting to train,
you need to train the same muscles within four days, if you don’t it
will result in sub maximal gains.
