routine, know your end goals. Would you rather have massive triceps or
just be toned.
Work with dumbbells
Alternate dumbbell curls by
lifting one weight as the other is coming down. If you want to make it
harder on yourself, thus delivering more resistance lift both at once.

The triceps extension machine
targets your triceps. If you have elbow or wrist problems, be extra
cautious when using this machine. Elbows should be pointing straight
forward not at sides.

Keep elbows locked
Try not to twist or rotate
shoulders and elbows while performing this workout. Keep elbows a little
flexed in the beginning and at the end.
