For more balance, stand shoulder width apart with one foot a little bit more forward than the other.
Keep proper form
The upper arms (from the elbow to the shoulder) should remain locked at the sides of the body until the end of the exercise. When you’re starting again, move only the forearms.
Triceps
Remember to use slow and controlled motions when exercising your triceps. Also don’t lean forward or hunch your back.
