  When you’re lifting the dumbbells, don’t rock your body.

     Remember to bend at your hips, not at your waist. Also, never hunch your back while raising the barbell and keep your elbows at your sides.

   Positioning
     Your head should be looking straight ahead and looking up. This will make keeping your balance much easier.

   Elbows and shoulders
   Elbows should be pointing downwards. Try not to turn shoulders while doing this exercise.
