:: Dumbbell biceps flex ::

   Easy isolation
    To aim any part of your biceps just rotate your forearm before beginning the exercise.

   Keep elbows locked

   Try not to twist or rotate shoulders and elbows while performing this workout. Keep elbows a little flexed in the beginning and at the end.

   The correct position
    Shoulders should be relaxed, keep a natural arch in your lower back, and your head and neck should stay in a neutral position.
    :: Triceps pushdown ::

  Find your balance
     For more balance, stand shoulder width apart with one foot a little bit more forward than the other.

   Keep proper form
   The upper arms (from the elbow to the shoulder) should remain locked at the sides of the body until the end of the exercise. When you’re starting again, move only the forearms.
