When training your abs, keep the natural arch of your lower back. It round a little when you practice the exercises. Don’t worry about pushing your back into the floor.
Eat right for great abs
If you don’t have a good diet, no matter how many exercises you do, your abs won’t be in shape. Eat low fat foods, little carbohydrates, and lots of protein.
Abs have benefits
Tightening your abs leads to better digestion less frequent constipation. It also improves your posture, lowers the risk of hernias, and prevents prolepsis.
