  Punch
    When the athlete throws a punch, he must breath out instead of in. It protects the body from blows that would be harmful if taken while inhaling.

  Control your Breathing

 

  Try to control your breathing during a fight, never hold your breath, the oxygen is needed for the brain and muscle to work.

   Sparring
    When sparring try to use a partner that is at the same skill level. Usually beginners fight experienced fighters that won't take it easy on them.

   Examine the equipment
     Before purchasing, verify the bench carefully and test it in various ways. Sit, lie, and adjust the incline to make sure that the mechanism works well. This also gives you a chance to judge the easiness of it.

   Buying dumbbells
   For optimum results, begin with 5 pairs of dumbbells of different weight. Don’t make a common mistake of buying one pair and using it for every exercise.
