:: Basic techniques  ::

   Warm up
      Always warm up before you start your stretches. This will prevent your body from getting injured. You should complete at least 5 minutes of aerobic exercise.

   Flex it further

    Remember not to bounce when you stretch. Stay in a fixed position. After 10 or 20 seconds you should feel comfortable in that stretch. Push your muscle a little further. With time your flexibility will be better, and you’ll be less prone to injury.

   Prevent injuries
     Stretching increases flexibility thus making you less prone to injuries. The explanation for this is that a muscle/tendon group with a bigger range of motion passively, will experience tears less when used actively
    :: Practice ::

  Heavy Bag
    To build power and stamina you need to do bag work in the gym. It is a good idea to practice in rounds and focus on perfecting your technique.

   Movement
  Move the bag during training to increase striking speed and try to perform your technique with a lot of quickness.
