Forms or Patterns also known as
"Hyungs" are a series of offensive and defensive movements arranged in a
pattern and practiced against imaginary opponents. This exercise help
the student to work on balance, coordination, speed, focus, power,
multiple opponents, flow, and relaxation.
Equipment
Shoes should always be removed
before entering the training area. All students should help keep the
dojang neat and orderly. Always observe the highest standard of personal
cleanliness in class.
Bowing
Stand with your feet together
and hands at your the sides of your legs. Bend over at the waist while
keeping your back straight. It is Korean tradition not to look up at the
person to whom you are bowing it implies a lack of trust.

Over training consequences
Over training might give you
the feeling of more muscle growth, but what is really happening is just
your muscles being over trained and not allowing your muscles to fully
develop.
Listen to your body
When exercising, watch out for
clues that your body is transmitting. Don’t over work your muscles and
do everything in moderation for best results.
