prepare your self with good technique and work on your endurance.
Remember fatigue is sometimes mental, push your self and you will
persevere. Don't lose your composure, it derails you from you plan of
attack.
Use Your Strength
Try to take advantage of
your opponents weakness or your strengths. If your stronger, overpower
him, if your weaker, use technique to overcome him. Technique will win
over strength.
