Kung fu means a person
possessing disciplined techniques and skills in martial arts with or
without weapons. Basically it means discipline.
Goal
The goal of the student is to
become disciplined in the proper execution of martial art techniques
through repetition, practice, focus and concentration.
Easy first
Start with easier
movements and progress to the harder ones.

Self-defense, meditation,
breathing and internal cultivation. These traits become part of the
persons way of life.
Rest
Be sure to rest if a particular
exercise is tiring, but remember as a sport you have to push your self
to overcome the opponent, so don't give up!
