Over Load
A workout in which resistance, intensity, duration or frequency can be increased by increments of up to 10% to achieve overload in a progressive manner.
Origin

Overtraining
Working out to a point that the body can't repair itself. One cause can be training the same body parts too frequently without allowing sufficient recovery time, workouts that are consistently harder than the body is able to recover from fully; or impairment of the body's normal recovery ability due to nutritional deficiencies, stress, or illness.
