through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 2:30 - 4:00 p.m.
Most banks are closed all day on Saturday and Sunday as well as on
national holidays.

Monday-Saturday from 9 am to-pm, central and main district post offices
stay open until 6 PM weekdays, and in the morning on Saturday.
